Unlike commercial airline catering — which is built around standard menus prepared in a commissary — private jet catering is fully bespoke. Every menu is built around a single principal, flight, and aircraft galley. Sky Bites sources from a vetted network of fine-dining kitchens, packages food for galley fit and in-flight re-therm, and hand-delivers to the FBO before wheels-up. There is no fixed menu: clients tell us what they want by name, cuisine, or craving, and we source it.
Sky Bites operates on a 2 to 4 hour standard turn — from brief to wheels-up. Time-sensitive orders (espresso, pastries, a single chef-prepared dish) are routinely faster. Complex multi-course tasting menus, caviar service, or sourcing a specific chef the principal already loves take the full 2 to 4 hours to produce the best result. Our 24/7 concierge takes orders at any hour, every day of the year.

Every flight is briefed individually, so dietary needs — halal, kosher, vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut allergies, shellfish allergies, FODMAP, low-sodium, diabetic, or any combination — are sourced from the appropriate certified partner. Allergen statements are included with every delivery, and we can supply ingredient lists, certifications, and prep-environment confirmations in advance.
Traditional in-flight caterers operate from their own commissary kitchens and offer a fixed menu of their own dishes. Sky Bites is a curator and coordinator — we don't run a kitchen; we run a network. We source from the best restaurant, omakase counter, patisserie, halal partner, or private chef for each specific request, so the food on board is the same food the principal would eat on the ground. There is no minimum. Sky Bites has served single espressos pulled by a principal's favourite roastery, full caviar service for six, and multi-day flight catering for an entire crew. We invoice for what you order — the value is the sourcing and coordination, not the cover count.
Yes. Every client account in the Sky Bites portal includes downloadable PDF invoices, packing slips, allergen statements, saved aircraft profiles, passenger preferences, FBO defaults, and one-click reorder from any past flight. Role-based permissions allow EAs, brokers, and crew to share an account safely.
